By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

To participate in any weapons or firearms training course offered by Transportation and Training, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or meet the minimum legal age requirement in your jurisdiction).
   
• Be legally permitted to own, possess, or handle firearms or weapons under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
   
• Provide valid identification and any documentation required by law (e.g., permits, background checks, or certifications).
   

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who fails to meet these criteria or poses a potential safety risk.

Safety is our top priority. By registering for any training program, you agree to:

• Follow all range rules, safety procedures, and instructor directions at all times.
   
• Use only approved firearms, ammunition, and equipment during training sessions.
   
• Refrain from any unsafe, negligent, or disruptive behavior.
   

Transportation and Training reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety standards or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

Participation in weapons or firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

By registering for or participating in any training course, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

You agree that Transportation and Training, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date to qualify for a refund or reschedule option, at our discretion.
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
   

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos—is the property of Transportation and Training or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose.
   
• Provide false or misleading information during registration.
   
• Upload, share, or distribute harmful, obscene, or illegal material.
   
• Interfere with the functionality or security of our website or systems.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transportation and Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services or participation in training activities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transportation and Training, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or participation in our training programs.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri, unless otherwise required by law.
